Customer Satisfaction Poll from Real Users
We hear
from clients and advisors EVERY DAY about how easy our program is to use, and
how other programs out there are too complicated. We wondered if it was just our
impression or whether our users really did feel that way.
So we decided
to put our money where our mouth is and take an actual poll of our users. After
tallying the numbers, listed below are the questions and the results. Hopefully
you will find them as stunning as we did. Here are some of the major results:
- 94%
of our users say they would recommend our software to friends.
- 84% of
our users say it is easy enough for "anyone to use"
- 90% of
our users say it has helped plan their retirement finances (or those of their
clients)
Keep in
mind that the user satisfaction ratings for some other companies for 2004:

Conclusion:
No company can please everybody all the time. 100% satisfaction is not possible.
But here at Torrid Technologies, we do everything in our power to make our customers
happy, and to make our software as easy to use as possible. For those we still
can't make happy, we typically refund their money.
